| Welcome to the New York City Water Trail Association | |||
NYCWTA is a not-for-profit stewardship group comprising over 20 community-based non-motorized boating organizations in and around New York City. Our mission is to promote the creation, improvement, and preservation of suitable launches, landings and boathouses for paddling and rowing in all five boroughs and the harbor at large in order to advance awareness of the public ownership of our waterways, and to foster maritime education, recreation and environmental stewardship. | |||
